Owners are dedicated to providing beautiful homes without shortcuts taken during the rehab process. They have turned several older homes in the Gordon Square area into masterpieces, and look to develop the communities they do business in. David and Wendy have also been a great resource I have referred to other investors regarding their processes, property selection, finish selections, and contractor referrals.

Having been a private lender to CPD Homes for more than a decade on more than a dozen homes and now as an equity investor with them in a commercial property, it’s hard to beat the returns they deliver on my money. CPD gives me a locked-in rate that’s easily two or three times higher than a CD or savings account and doesn’t have the volatility that can come with the stock market. Working with CPD Homes has been an important part of building a diversified investment portfolio.

CPD Homes was easy to work with. The owners are compassionate, fair, and do what they say they will do. They helped clients of mine out of a tough situation by quickly closing on their house and allowing them to free up the funds they needed to purchase a new home. Would be happy to work with them again.

I have been working with CPD since I started my business 11 years ago. They have grown into a very reputable, solid company that provide quality housing in many areas. They have been great to work for. They make good decisions, are open to suggestions and pay almost immediately when the work is completed properly. I have never had one issue working with them and I look forward to more work in the future. If you are looking to buy a home or multiple unit property CPD should be one of your first calls. If you are a QUALITY contractor looking for work, CPD is a great fit.

I've worked with David and Wendy from CPD over the last year and they are awesome to work with. As a real estate agent myself, I love touring their homes. They are top of the line and they are built with extremely high quality.
