Place was dirty, no garden or play area, as shown. Grill unusable, air conditioner was set at 62 all night, and never really cooled the place. Used oven to make frozen pizzas, took an hour and 1/2 to cook each pizza , because oven barely worked. Was advertised as lots of kitchen pans and utensils, had more lids then anything. Car alarms were going off about every 10 minutes until 2 a.m. power went completely out for an hour...I could go on. In contacting Nick G...he was rude and acted like I was being petty. I didn't pay 473$ to stare at houses with boarded up windows, a dirty yard w a rusty grill and a lamp sitting back there. Impressive "play area". I wouldn't recommend this for my dog. Notice the " patio". It's a run down roof with an old bench . Not a patio at all. Never believe Nick G...and don't expect vrbo team to help. Nick G even tried to charge me an additional 100$ AFTER all my complaints, for cleaning fees, when we left in 18 hours and never even used much. Wasn't much to use, so couldn't! Just please do yourselves a favor and avoid this listing and this host at all cost!!¡

Cleveland real estate Rocks! Nick did an amazing job for us to find and finalize the purchase. Over and beyond! He has been super accommodating, professional, and friendly. He and the team members were very professional and responsive as well, I highly recommended using Nick and his Team!!! They did exactly everything they said they would do.
