I lived in 2 different apartments with Cleveland bricks (I moved to be closer to work) and both were great experiences. Regina is an amazing landlord and such a sweet person. She was very helpful and respectful and worked with me if there was ever an issue. I highly recommend using them, specially Regina, if looking for a place.

I’ve been renting a property from Cleveland Bricks for a few years and it has been great. Everyone from management to maintenance has been great and have responded to every need I’ve ever had. In particular the property manager Regina has been a blessing. She’s gone out of her way to help me and I can’t thank her enough for it. All in all it has been a very positive experience renting from them and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I loved my experience renting from Cleveland Bricks. Regina was such a helpful property manager and if I needed her for anything she was quick to assist me and point me in the right direction. The apartment itself was nice and had a lot of charm to it which made decorating a lot easier. If I had the chance I would definitely rent from them again.

I lived in this apartment for a year and it was a great experience! Great location, with food and shopping close by and it’s a nice quiet area. My landlord (Regina) was great. They provided quick responses to any request and very kind. I loved my time there and would highly recommend it!

I had a great and good experience renting with Cleveland Bricks. What I appreciated the quick response I received when something went wrong, and the professional work that was done. Also having Regina hands on, made life so much easier. Thank you for accommodating me during my stay.
