Selling our home and buying a new one at the same time felt overwhelming at first, but Monica made the entire process smooth, organized, and surprisingly stress-free. From day one, she was professional, responsive, and completely on top of every detail. She developed a strong strategy to get our home sold quickly and for a great price, while also helping us find the perfect new home for our family. Her knowledge of the market, negotiation skills, and timing were absolutely critical in making both transactions line up seamlessly. What really stood out was how dedicated and available she was throughout the entire process. She answered every question, kept us informed at every step, and truly advocated for us. We always felt like we were her top priority. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely cares about her clients, we can’t recommend Monica highly enough. We just started to get random cold calls from this business/number. We have never contacted them in the past and do not know why they are harassing us at least 3+ times per day. There are ways to obtain customers and this is not the way. STOP. Edit: Thanks for the response. Ill revise the number of stars as I dont want to hurt your business. But it looks like a scammer could be using your number as a front to contact folks. I just blocked the number as its been pretty frequent calls.

Ray was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. He’s the kind of person that, after talking by phone, you want to hop in your car, drive to his office and meet him in person! I hope to be able to do just that in the near future!

Ray was extremely helpful in making sure that all of our points were addressed and annotated. He was very influential in ensuring that a Spanish speaker was available for my wife as English as a second language for her. Ray is the total package!

I echo my wife, Colleen Moore, in my high recommendation for Monica Russell of Showcase Realty. I have Parkinson’s Disease and Monica made sure we found what I would need. Her individual attention and availability went very much over 5 stars. If I had an idea, Monica was quick to affirm it and see if it would work. Monica has become more like family than realtor.
