Absolutely superb. Polite courteous and has integrity in abundance. John is easy to communicate with, answers the phone and emails promptly. No Flannel just straight honest conversation . His knowledge of Charlotte properties is immense. I can’t find a Negative.

Let me preface this by saying, we weren't able to get a deal done and I still feel inclined to write this review. Ethical, honest, transparent...just to name a few. I've been in real estate well over 10+ years so I'm no novice to the industry and investors. VERY FEW have made a positive impact on how I felt about their business practices. So much so that I refer them to people in my personal life. Yes, John is in business to make a living as we all are...never did I feel his desire for a deal overtook his desire to make sure I was doing what was best for my family and our situation. For anyone that is considering selling their home, their first call should absolutely be to John!
