I highly recommend Bobby Sisk at Nestlewood Realty! Bobby was recommended to me by a family friend after I inherited my father's house when he unexpectedly passed away. The house was in need of some serious repairs and other work (e.g., paint throughout the entire house, updates to interior details like light fixtures, exterior and landscaping work). To complicate things further, I live more than a 6 hour drive from the house. Bobby took care of everything. He gave me a reasoned list of repairs and updates he believed would provide the best value when selling the house. Bobby and his team then coordinated everything from getting quotes to completion of the needed work. Bobby even made sure the pipes were okay during a big winter storm! On top of all that, it was clear that Bobby was very knowledgeable about what potential buyers would care about and how to be strategic about selling the home. This was immediately apparent from the initial consultation and the stood out in contrast to some of the other realtors that I spoke with. Plus, Bobby is just a friendly person and easy to interact with. Again, I highly recommend Bobby. Especially if you need help navigating repairs and updates before selling a home.

His compassion for his clients was a SOLID 5 STAR Review! Our clients had been searching for a home ever since Hurricane Helene devasted our region. Eric patiently guided them along this journey to homeownership. He was available evenings and weekends and worked through any hiccups that we had along the way. My wife and I were pleased with how our transactions were handled. It began a little unsettling with regards to our home value and what we could expect to sell our home for, however, my wife and i decided to continue with them and they handled our sale and purchase. Communicate level with Rosanny was top tier. She was very personable and professional. I would recommend Rosanny to anyone looking to purchase a home.
