From the very first interaction, Alesia set the tone for what it means to go above and beyond. As someone relocating from out of state, I was navigating an incredibly hectic move with a lot of uncertainty. She made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. She walked me through a virtual tour with such warmth and professionalism that I was able to make my decision confidently without even being there in person. When I finally arrived in Charlotte, she was right there, welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt at home from day one. What truly sets Alesia apart is not just her knowledge of every detail and process, but the grace and genuine care she brings to every interaction. Her smile, her attention to the smallest details, and her ability to understand the human side of what can be a stressful experience, that is rare and priceless. Alesia is not just a leasing professional, she is a true champion of this community. MAA Uptown is lucky to have her, and anyone moving here is even luckier to have her in their corner. I had a great experience touring with MAA Uptown thanks to Alesia! She was extremely knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, made the entire process feel comfortable, and really took the time to highlight what makes the community special. Her professionalism and positive energy definitely left a strong impression on me, and I’m seriously considering leasing here within the next month or so. I have lived here for over 2 years and have had a tremendous experience so far. The entire staff is so helpful and attentive. Maintenance calls are answered and completed very quickly. There are events taking place all the time to get people together. You could not ask for a better staff than Stephanie and her team. It has been a pleasure living here and plan on staying for a while. Location is great too. You are walking distance to almost everything in uptown.

Alesia Is amazing ! She worked with me the full way through from the tour to the application! Within less than a week everything was settled 🩷 her and ms Stephanie’s advising and help is amazing. They’re are amazing people the property is amazing and the space is huge! I’d recommend them to anyone ever. Truly the most simple and amazing experience I’ve had with any apartment complex.

I wanted to give a big thank you to our maintenance team, Mark and Ray. They responded quickly to my request and fixed a dryer vent issue efficiently and professionally. Both were friendly, polite, and clearly took pride in their work. What really stood out was that they went the extra step to clean up all the excess dryer lint and left the area neat and tidy before they left. It’s such a relief to have a team that is not only prompt and skilled, but also respectful of your space. I’ve also had a great experience living here overall since I moved in. The leasing office team—Hope and Alesia—have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Really appreciate everyone here!
