We had Such a great experience at Homes Charlotte with Greg Moran as our real estate agent. My wife and I would recommend, 10/10. We really appreciate feeling heard and having our needs met, and questions answered. There was always an open line of communication, which was huge for us! In our opinion this experience was top of the line. Greg is very reliable, professional, dependable, and always friendly. Thanks to him being on top of everything, we have found our dream home!

Best Realtor in Charlotte! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Greg helped us purchase our very first home in Charlotte, and 5 years later her helped us sell our home. He offers professional advice, he’s 100% trustworthy, and he knows what to do to make a deal happen. We went through a very tough year as a family the year that we sold our home, Greg not only took the time to listen to our story— he also found multiple ways to bless us and went over and above in regards to what a realtor is expected to do. I can’t say enough about how much I would recommend homes Charlotte.

Greg’s professionalism and experience truly shined throughout our recent buying experience. Greg set up automatic alerts based on the criteria we wanted and also provided insights in other features that we should consider as well. Additionally, Greg would call and text whenever he found a house that he found to be particularly attractive. Greg showed us dozens of houses and I was particularly impressed with his patience, where he correctly advised us on not putting offers in on houses that we almost settled on that in hindsight were not what we were looking for. The day the house we eventually purchased came on market, Greg called and emailed us as he knew it met our exact criteria. He guided us on how best position our offer (which I was not aware is much more then just the dollar amount) and was instrumental to our bid being accepted as it was a multiple offer situation. Once the offer was accepted, Greg navigated a challenging negotiations. He pushed us to be aggressive with our requests and ultimately saved us over $10,000. Overall, I would give Greg my highest recommendation. We could not be happier with our new home and it was only possible through Greg’s guidance.

Our experience with Mr. Moran and Homes Charlotte when purchasing a home was positive and surprisingly pleasant. With his professionalism, knowledge of the area and his attitude, it was an easy decision on who to use when listing our home a few years later.
