I'm an investor and I have hired True Homes OYL to build several homes for me over the years. I have had an incredible experience each time and appreciated the clean job sites and the teams attention to detail and quality throughout the entire process. I have been so impressed with the designer selections available at the showroom. Thank you guys for always making the process so seamless and easy!

I represented clients who purchased a home built by the OYL Division of True Homes. The quality of the home for the price paid was excellent. The OYL construction manager was responsive and proactive throughout the process, and my clients could not be happier with this home. Wonderful company to work with and I will continue to bring clients to their properties with confidence that they will be treated well.

As a Realtor, you are always looking for the best options for your clients needs. I have worked with True Homes in planned communities and also for the On Your Lot Program. We just recently utilized them for a personal business project as well. I can say without a doubt, the True Homes OYL staff and all who are involved have been instrumental in making our project run smoothly. From the beginning of planning, to determining which floor plans are going to be ideal, and even overcoming unforeseen obstacles, the staff has been top notch. Great communication from start to finish for not only my clients but from myself and my business partner. They truly give you a great product and we couldn't be happier to be in business with such great professionals.

True Homes built me an investor home in Fort Mill, S.C. It was a great experience overall and the home turned out really nice. We had a little delay from the utility company, but True couldn't do anything about that. Once the home was completed I listed it for sale and had a contract on it within 2 weeks. Great company to work with.

Friendly staff (one person) make appointment! Very busy, walked in 2pm on a Wednesday. Back up at door. No brochures available until you get the pitch. Didn't want to hang out for hours. Just like everywhere, under staffed. Lovely model, a lot of home sites coming, a lot( to many)of floor plans available. Hard to narrow down. Should have packages with common upgrades and pricing (ie DR Horton) Remote location, the land, old farms must be cheap. Address says Mt. Holly but actually Stanley.
