Our agent, Karen Shaylor Wong, was so knowledgeable and made sure our every need was taken care of every step of the way. She handled everything for us, even things we did not expect her to, like getting estimates from dozens of repair professionals when we were trying to buy one house that needed work, and the seller wasn't working with us. She helped us back out of that offer and saw to it that they gave us all our money back. She made sure that when we did finally find our home that they included a warranty and kept all the appliances there (two things we didn't think of asking for, but are so glad she did!). We never had to second guess if she had our best interest in mind. Working with Karen felt like working with a trusted family member. I would use her again and again, and have already recommended her to others!

Our home buying process was a bit complicated, as we went through a VA loan. Our agent, Karen Shaylor not only ensured we were very well informed in all proceedings, rules, and legalities, but also negotiated an amazing deal for us. Our home was listed at 689k we got it at 675k with zero closing costs, and a nice return chunk of our due diligence. She was with us every step of the way,in and out, night and day, and worked very closely with us to ensure we received a great experience throughout this complicated process, as first time home buyers. I would not only recommend her as an agent, but also ensure I seek her services in the future if we decide to upgrade, or acquire another property. Her professionalism and dedication to her work and clients is unparalleled, and her strong yet loving and reassuring character is to surely put any buyer’s mind at ease- in simple terms, she made us feel like family. Clint Bailey is wonderful! Seriously. He consistently went so far above and beyond our expectations at every point in this process. We are buying land, building (and designing) a home, and selling our current home. He knows everything about everything! He has been our guide, our teacher, our cheerleader, and our friend throughout it all. There was never a doubt in my mind that he had my family's best interest at heart. He's honest, communicative, thorough, responsive, and was always keeping the ball rolling. We would not do this again without him by our side. I mean that wholeheartedly.

Teresa was very kind knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help my husband and I in finding not just a house but our home. The home that purchased was one where our offer was declined and the sellers went with another offer. Though we were disappointed Teresa was very encouraging . When we found other homes and the offers we declined she encouraged us and let us know that more opportunities would open up. Little did we know that our home would come back on the market . From offer on 10/15/2021 to close 11/10/2021, Teresa was there guiding us and making sure that we knew next steps . The process was made smoother with her guidance.

Michael Olsen is an amazing agent with professional service and a strong ability to make things happen! From the moment we connected with him he asked great questions to determine what we were looking for, while offering insights into what he had seen in the area lately. Finding a home from a different state was no easy task, but Michael made the process smooth through his consistent communication and recommendations. He kept us up to date once we found the neighborhood we wanted and walked us through every step on closing on our home. We will certainly work with Michael again in the future and recommend him to all! He is the best!!!
