We hired Jim as our Realtor because he had a reputation for being a trustworthy hardworking, and knowledgeable agent. He lived up to that reputation. We were first time homebuyers and Jim showed us great patience and helped educate us as to the home buying process. One great thing about working with Jim is his discerning eye. Jim always pointed out details though could be potential headaches or worse, should we buy a house. He never pressured us to buy anything, he never tried to force a sale. He focused on finding us something that fit our desires, needs and budget. Jim is a consummate professional who in our case continued to help us even after closing and we will be working with him again in the future whenever we need a Realtor.

Jim Gunsiorowski is more than just a realtor he is an experienced professional with excellent connections and market expertise. I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home go with him, he is certainly a cut above the rest. When we had to relocate across the country, Jim went above and beyond to make selling our house from afar much easier than we expected. He had great recommendations for contractors and staging, was very responsive to questions, and kept his eye on the place in our absence. We were able to get a great offer right away, and he helped us resolve some stressful things that came up and get us to a quick closing.
