I have not only worked with this team, Dave Jimenez specifically, but have referred him to many others who can’t say enough positive stuff about how great he/they are to work with!! When buying our first home and moving from a completely different state, Dave took the time not only to sit and discuss with us all the things we wanted but also those that really mattered most. We had two young children at the time and didn’t know Maryland at all, but did two separate day trips here and looked at over 10 homes on each of those days. We were beyond excited for buying but Dave took the time to really point out things that we may have overlooked in the excitement of the moment, and expressed any concerns that he may have had if it was him in situation. He never left us feeling like he was just trying to make a sale!! Between kids and work schedules, our availability was often all over the place and Dave was not only just accommodating but answered the phone or responded almost immediately when we reached out! When we did decide to make the purchase, Dave was super helpful with creating connections with different mortgage companies. He also had us work with a home inspector that I would recommend a million times over! The guy not only took over 5 hours inspecting the home for us, but took the time to go through and show us all the shut off valves and what to do if we ever needed to use them. He said which creaks were good ones and which to be focused on if we heard them. He really made us feel comfortable with the decisions we were making. We are getting ready to sell our home in a few months and Dave’s already come by just to tell us what things we should do or focus on which is extremely helpful too! Like I said before, I’ve recommended Dave and this company many many times and I will continue to do so in the future!!

My wife and I had a great experience with Dave and the New Home Team. From our intital consult, Dave was great! He provided candid advice and guidance, and I could tell he had extensive knowledge and experience with the real estate market. We ended up selling our home significantly above market value in 2019. Their photographer was amazing as well! We also used Dave and his team to buy a new home later that year and we couldn’t be happier. We truly enjoyed our experience with Dave and the New Home Team and would highly recommend them as your realtor.

Dave is very good at what he does. We interviewed several agents and were immediately impressed with Dave's insight into the local market and accuracy in setting a price. He took care of staging and repairs after we moved out, was responsive to questions, and he had great instincts during the negotiation process. It’s clear that he has a real talent for this work, and his experience really sets him apart. Highly recommend.

We were super nervous about selling our first home and starting the buying process again. Dave Jimenez and his New Home Team not only sold out house incredibly fast, he made the process seamless and easy. Dave’s industry knowledge and experience made selling our house and purchasing our forever home a breeze. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell in the Maryland/DC area to call Dave and the New Home Team!

I cannot say enough about Dave Jimenez and the load that he takes on during the home selling process. After the sudden death of my beloved mother, Dave handled the sale of my property in MD even though I live in another state. Dave was super-knowledgeable of market conditions and pricing. During a sad and stressful time, he handled the clearing of the property, improvements to the property, and we were able to sell in record time. This process was completely painless, organized, and stress-free- all made possible by Dave's diligence, contacts, and professionalism. Dave also handled the sale of our childhood home. I cannot recommend Dave enough. If you want an efficient, stress-free, and organized real estate transaction, you MUST work with Dave. Our family trusts him with our real estate affairs. He assisted our elderly dad with the sale of our childhood home, 2 homes for my sister, and now the sale of our mom's place after her sudden passing.
