I wanted to leave a sincere 5-star review for my realtor, Erik Frank. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Erik really made the lease signing process and apartment touring process a breeze. He was very knowledgeable, transparent, extremely reachable by phone and text, which really helped make the time-sensitive procedures (which could have been a stressful process) understandable and simple. He explained everything so well and answered all my questions- he wanted me to like the place I’m moving and feel comfortable the whole time, which says a lot. He was a true pleasure to work with, thanks again, Erik!!!

I have lived at 920 Whitelock Avenue for the past three years. When Bay Management took over after my first year, my experience noticeably improved. I truly love my apartment and have always appreciated the prompt attention and genuine care shown when maintenance issues came up. Leah Choi has been outstanding throughout my time here. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and sincere concern for residents made a real difference and gave me confidence that issues would be handled quickly and properly. I am only moving to be closer to family; otherwise, I would seriously consider staying. The location near the park and zoo is great, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. Leah Choi’s support greatly shaped my positive experience with Bay Management, and I’m confident the next resident will appreciate this apartment just as much as I have. Graham Antreasian I have attached a photo graph of across the street where Druid hill stretches far and wide if you don’t like visit the zoo the reservoir is gorgeous to all, bike, take animals too and walk around where there is a phenomenal view of the city due to where the reservoir sits

We just signed a lease for a great property. The property is very well kept and we're so excited to get to live in such a great house! Eric Frank has been a great showing agent. He's been incredibly helpful with answering all of our questions in a timely fashion and assisting us with everything we need. We couldn't have asked for a better showing agent!

I toured a property managed by BMG today and was impressed by their professionalism and consideration. I requested a tour via Zillow pretty late one night and was almost immediately contacted to schedule a showing. My showing agent, Eric Frank, was extremely helpful and willing to answers various questions that I had regarding the property, neighborhood, and the lease. He was even available outside of typical office hours for my inquiry. I couldn't ask for a better showing agent! Highly recommended!

The property managers I have dealt with are 5 stars, though as a whole, BPM neglected major move in items for our unit. It is a very beautiful home and it is disappointing to see. Lina and Madonna are responsive, very kind, and have thus far advocated for me. They are fantastic! I do wish they were more proactive in communication but I am also anxious and frustrated and pushing for action faster than a large company can allow. The first day of move in we were not told about a water pipe issue and our water being off. However, mitigations were already in the works and resolved the same day once I reached out to- prompt action was very appreciated, but a heads up of the issue would have been great instead of moving in and finding no water. Madonna was very professional and apologetic about this matter, and I am so grateful! Also, the state of the unit was not move in ready, from things like no cleaning/cobwebs/grease caked on to ceilings, cabinets, and appliances, to dirt in the corners and broken blinds screens and panes. This is disheartening, frustrating, and inappropriate. Madonna is working on maintenance requests and following up with cleaning crews - she was also very apologetic and understanding, which I appreciate. I will follow up to amend my review depending on how issues I had when moving in are resolved. We love this unit and hope to stay for many years! And Madonna is so far helping us let this happen. I wish I could do two reviews so I could give her and Lina the five stars they deserve!
