Geeez which I could give a ZERO>>>>>>>> I have to say this has not been a good experience, I looked at a home to purchase on Nov 11, 2024 Mind you the listing said "motivated seller" I contacted my agent to reach out to the listing agent for disclosures, great I received the disclosures a day later, they came back not filled out the correct way such it had the seller as the buyer and the seller as the sellers address, the box was checked the house might have issues but didn't disclose what if any issues, my agent asked for the proper paper work which she stated the disclaimer checked with issues with the house was a mistake, listing agent sent over new disclaimer mind you that was Nov 11, 2024 when this started during the mist of this the listing agent told my agent she has offers on the house and some are higher than asking price, I said good then take the higher offer, Monday Nov 18, 2024 the listing for the house is still on the active status, I ask my agent to do an offer for the asking price obviously the agent was BSing, I return the signed "by me" offer around 3pm, Now on Tuesday Nov 19, 2024 I get an early text from my agent that the listing agent said she has higher offers and said she wants all offers in by 5pm on such date and wanted to know if I wanted to offer a bid over $10,000 more which is where the other offer was at, I told my agent tell her to take the higher offer, if I wanted to place bids as if I was at an auction than I would have signed up for such so no I won't offer $10,000 or more and withdraw my offer since it was not accepted, Now here we are on Wednesday Nov 20, 2024 and as I again look for houses on line what pops up as ACTIVE oh the same listing for the house the agent said offers had to be in the day before at 5pm because she had an offer $10,000 more than asking price. This agent isn't doing her job and is doing shady business, if you are waiting for a higher bid then list it in the listing and not contact my agent the day after I sign and return an offer!!!!!!!!!!! second if your seller is motivated well Ive been dealing with his since Nov 11, 2024 they are to motivated or is it the agent isn't doing what should be done for her client and not giving the seller the offers. smh just shady business I will make sure if I ever see a house again listed by this agent and if the company office doesn't settle this matter I will make sure to NEVER do business with this company because the main office isn't holding the agent to a higher standard!!!!! Edit today is Nov 13, 2025 ok first don't be a shady company, I made a post 11mos ago and no response until last week, which ready no one has made a comment now all of a sudden you have several positive responses about this company, don't make it so obvious that someone contacted others to post a positive review. Smh you and I might not be a tribe but be natural and your tribe will find you, again another reason I would give this company a ZERO to work with

I was going from Virginia Beach to Maryland, where the market was very different from the one I was used to. There were a lot of nice houses to look at, including the one I ended up buying, thanks to Peggy. My new place was found at a great price because to her quick response and tireless efforts. The follow-up care provided by Peggy and the rest of the team is equally impressive. AHRG and Peggy are the best.
