DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU/ bill you for more and more money after you already paid for a room bookingAND RECEIVED YOUR CONFIRMATION . I booked a room with this facility got a confirmation and waited for my trip. 24hrs before I was due to fly out they sent me another bill after already confirming my stay AT THERE MARKETED DISCOUNTED RATES- increasing my bill 200 plus dollars after agreeing and confirming to the advertised marketed prices . I stressed to them how important this trip was for me being that I am taking my mother on vacation- they refused to honor the previous price doubled the price then told me it would be best to book elsewhere to refrain from future problems. Wait what? Talk about disrespectful- what type of scams are being run at this facility. Not only are they doing illegal increases they are Unprofessionally scamming there own customers- who okayed for this property to be ran this way and who is okay buisness to be conducted like such. I worked in an hotel in my younger years and never in a million years would I try to scam paying customers- this is not the proper way any Buisness should be ran. Refrain from going through headaches or trouble- your vacations are supposed to be stress free and peaceful not have the place you are laying your head attempting to create false charges and keep running your card. The manager agreed that I already paid in full twice then went back on her word and said she’s sorry but there’s nothing she could do. Just unacceptable I’ve been traveling for ten years and I’ve never had this issue occur- and for a management team to fouly play there hand its just not a good look. So again save yourself from the headache and save yourself from the false charges they make up as they go. I’d hate for your vacation to be ruined like mine has been . Below is a photo of my confirmed booking-with the confirmed subtotal taxes and everything already added- they then took the confirmation away and told me in order for me to book I had to agree to changed rates. I refused to agree to rate increases after confirmation because it is illegal. They then told me to look elsewhere after escalating the problem to a supervisor. As a human you deserve simple respect- don’t even waste your time it’s not worth the headache.- attaching all photos of proof. One moment

this place was definitely a Home away from home. They did not skip on any of the things that made us comfortable. The decor was immaculate. The location is walking distance to Canal Street and The Riverwalk. The communication with the staff was spot on.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. First of all, communication with the staff was amazingly efficient and fast, both prior to our stay and during it. The listing itself was pristine. Everything was clean and in working order. With an historic building, you always worry about odd smells or poor functionality — NONE of that applied here. And it was so roomy! So much better than a single hotel room. We usually stay in the French Quarter, so this was our first stay in the Warehouse District. It was awesome - very clean and safe-feeling for a woman walking alone during regular hours, and my husband felt safe walking in pre-dawn hours to the Morial Convention Center. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance (Annunciation is highly recommended). 15-20 minute walk to the Quarter. Great people-watching from the balcony, and we saw a couple of second line parades from there. We used Spot Hero to pre-pay for an in-and-out parking space about a block away. Really can’t stress how much we enjoyed this stay. Highly recommended!

Nothing but 5 stars for New Orleans Luxury Rentals! When you first enter it is so nice and clean. The key pad at the front entrance is great for extra security. We stayed in “The Library” room, what a great choice! Everything is decorated amazing and nothing is wore down. The furniture is super clean!! It truly felt like a home away from home! Didn’t have that hotel vibe at all! The outdoor patio of the skyline was amazing and we loved the putting green! I will not only recommend but insist on anyone I know going to New Orleans to stay here over any hotel or airbnb! They were super accommodating with late checkout and storage lockers so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around till our flight late that night! Just a short walk to the casino!! Thanks for an amazing stay for my birthday trip! They also had a little welcome package with necessities and had beverages in the fridge to tie us over till we got to the store! Do not hesitate to book your stay here

Everything about our stay was excellent! We stayed in The Library and it was perfect! The unit and building felt safe and secure. Perfect walking distance to everything. Great restaurants and the casino are an easy walk. The unit itself had everything you would ever need plus more (like a sound machine!) The welcome drinks and snacks were perfect after a long travel day! I would highly recommend any unit in this building to anyone thinking of visiting New Orleans! Great communication from the entire team from start to finish! The luggage storage was huge bonus as well!
