We loved working with Amanda!!!! We were first time home buyers that had gone back and forth about wether or not we should start looking for a home, but we had so many questions and didn’t really know where to start, so I asked my cousin who had previously been a realtor if she could recommend someone, and she recommended Amanda. Amanda’s joy and enthusiasm immediately stood out to me, and I knew this was going to be a great match for us! She was so prompt with setting up our first meeting with her, which took place right in our own living room, and within an hour she had everything mapped out for us. I didn’t know buying a house could be so effortless, but she definitely made the process a breeze. Also, we have three small children and she definitely has a mamma’s heart because she was so great with them! They loved her. Amanda went above and beyond for our newlywed selves as we purchased our first home. Not only did she make the process smooth, but she brought clarity and support at every step. She looked out for our best interest even after selling us our home to also help us secure the land next to our home, which was a complicated situation. I cannot express how enthusiastically I recommend Amanda to all my friends and family.

Jodie Strain was exceptional in every way throughout the sale of our property on Foster Road. As out-of-state sellers managing the transaction remotely, we needed a realtor who could be our eyes, ears, and advocate on the ground, and Jodie exceeded those expectations at every turn. We were very pleased with all of Mary's work. She put together an inviting online listing, highlighting our house's best features in her description and pairing that with the photographer's beautiful pictures. She kept us up to date on feedback from viewings, and guided us through a second negotiation process after the first contracted buyers unexpectedly changed their minds. As we've moved out of state, she coordinated repairs requested by the next contracted buyers, and represented us at the closing to get us over the finish line. Her courtesy and professionalism throughout were greatly appreciated!

What can I say about Tami?!? My dad was the one that initially introduced us and I decided to use her for another property I have. When it was time to sell my primary residence I reached out and she got it on the market pretty much immediately. During the time I was thinking of listing she brought a couple coworkers by, and they all had wonderful things to say about my house. After getting it listed, Tami stayed on top of EVERYTHING! If I had a question I would text her and her responses were almost immediate. It's so hard to find an agent that communicates so quickly! Within a few days of listing we had a signed contract. I have recommended Tami to at least 3 folks looking to sell. I can't tell you how important it is when you're making such a huge change to have an agent that stays with you through the entire process. Over the past 9 months she has moved from just being an agent to being like family! If you're looking to sell or buy I couldn't possibly recommend anyone as wonderful as she is. She's professional when needed, and goofy as well. Thank you so Much Tami for doing all you have done and for being so real. You're the absolute best!
