Worked with Ellie Dupuy - Since this was our first time selling a property, we weren't exactly sure what to expect, but Ellie made it easy. She was great at guiding us through the process and she was on the ball when it came to collecting info she needed, putting together a great listing, and making sure it made the rounds on social media. She went out of her way to deliver the wow experience for anyone touring our home and she kept my wife and me at ease, not that it took much because it was under contract w/in 2 weeks.

Ben provided professional and practical advice throughout the purchase process. Ben was available when I needed him. He answered my texts and email and phone calls, timely. Latter & Blum agent TroyLynne Perrault was deceptive and unethical. Her only concern was making a commission with no regard to the best interest of her client. There was no response by management to my complaints. Do not use this agent or company.

Latter and Blum rocks! All their agents are professional. We had a great experience using one of their top agents and wouldn’t think of using anyone else in the New Orleans area.
