We had a very frustrating experience working with Bailey De Vos. We were in contact multiple times regarding submitting an offer on a home that we truly loved, and timing was extremely important in this competitive market. Unfortunately, the communication was poor throughout the process. Bailey was difficult to reach, follow-ups were inconsistent, and despite nearly a week of back-and-forth, our offer was never submitted in time. Because of this delay, we lost the opportunity to purchase the home. Buying a home is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and having a reliable, responsive agent is critical. Sadly, this was not our experience. Based on what happened, we cannot recommend Bailey as an agent for anyone looking to purchase a home. We hope this feedback encourages more professionalism and better communication so that others in the community do not face a similar situation.

I've had great experiences working with Annie Kim. I've worked with her for several years on both the buy and sell side. Super approachable and very experienced. She has always been on point and thorough not only with her knowledge of the island but also with documentation and pitfalls that could present themselves in the future. She has quite literally saved me a great deal of money with her advice.

I highly recommend Brett Aka and the team from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty. Brett's professionalism, knowledge, hard work and ethics were very much appreciated. Brett located the ideal property for our purchase. He worked with us throughout the entire process: purchase contract, counteroffer, escrow, inspections, and closing. Brett and the team provided us with timely and complete documentation for the various steps and he was always available to answer our questions and schedule any necessary conference calls. It was a great pleasure to work with Brett and the team who helped us purchase an exceptional property for our family.

Jaymes Song and his team are consummate professionals and the absolute BEST real estate team with whom I've worked - and I've worked with many! Jaymes listened to what my objectives were up front, helped connect me to reasonably priced contractors to renovate the property in a timely manner (no small feat in these Covid-impacted times!), communicated updates on a regular basis, helped me to price my property to sell quickly, and also helped me to get multiple offers and select an excellent offer. He always told me what my options were, but ultimately left the decision to me. They really know the market, have an excellent network to leverage, and are also caring and personal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a negative experience with a realtor named Katherine Martines at this brokerage. She showed poor communication skills. I found her to be very unreasonable and she completely lacked any Aloha. Maybe she will do better in the future.
