Bravo! Patrick O'Neill brought experience and skill to bear on Selling my unit, during a time when the market was flooded with condos for sale. His written description of the unit for MLS was articulate, skillfully targeting the best assets of the unit - I can't imagine any better write-up (and I'm a published author)! He also has a calm temperament, able to promptly and effectively handle a Seller's anxieties and questions. He has a sense of fairness and a good read of people, which is important in real estate. Cole, who worked with Patrick, did a very commendable job in handling the Open Houses. He, like Patrick, is personable and professional, and I had a good sense that they saw the strongest assets of my property and represented me, the Seller, well. Patrick advised me well through the process and was open to my opinions. Patrick has strong communication skills.
