Back in November 2020 we flew out to Oahu to meet with Kinga in search of a condo for our Son who was based at Joint Base Pearl Harbor. We had some pretty tough criteria for the perfect condo, it had to be within a reasonable commute to the base, turnkey ready, and close to the Ko Olinas as the condo had a possibility of being our retirement home in paradise. We spent the week with Kinga looking at condos and at the end of the week flew back home a little disappointed. Kinga, however, did not give up and put in an all-out effort to help us search for our perfect condo. She used Facetime to show us condos and give us advise to help us in our decision making. She took the time to work around our Son’s work schedule who was living in base housing. We put in several offers that did not work out, but Kinga remained laser focused and determined. A month later, Kinga located the perfect condo for us. She was extremely knowledgeable in Hawaiian real estate laws and the process. Kinga with her expertise of the market helped us negotiate a fair price and gave us advise on how we could secure the condo with multiple offers from other buyers. She made the buying process stress free, kept us informed along the way and was always a strong advocate for us. Our Son and his Wife moved in a shorth time after closing with Kinga delivering the keys! In December of 2023, our Son was transitioning out of the military and we made the tough decision to sell our little slice of paradise. We again contacted Kinga to help us sell our condo. After our Son moved out, Kinga staged the condo beautifully and put on the market. She worked through the holidays keeping us posted on her progress and helped us once again negotiate the sale of our condo which closed in January of 2024. Having used Kinga twice, we have found her to be professional, knowledgeable, responsive, creative, attention to detail minded, and most importantly, trustworthy. I was happy to have Kinga Mills as my purchasing agent in 2021, and also my selling agent here recently. Purchasing: Kinga asked the proper questions and identified exactly what I was looking for. She even dissuaded me on some properties (even if she would receive a higher commission), due to issues with neighbors in a community or, for instance, one property I liked, but was across the street from a hospitals ambulance emergency entrance. You can’t get a better, or honest agent if you are looking to purchase. She works exceptionally well with military and understands the processes involved with VA loans. Selling: Kinga left no stone unturned regarding the marketing and selling strategy. When I left Hawaii right before Christmas, the market had a little downturn and not much was moving. Kinga worked with me to identify poor offers, revise strategy to meet my needs and advertised the hell out of my place. Additionally, when we were prepping the condo for sale, she had it professionally decorated and had an amazing photographer take pictures and video. It’s some of the best work I’ve seen performed. Whether you are purchasing or selling, Kinga puts in a ton of effort and work. I was surprised by the amount of time she took with my purchase and sale, and I think you would be hard pressed to find an agent who spends as much time working for clients like Kinga does. I hope that in my future purchases, I find an agent that is half as good and dedicated as Kinga is.

Kinga is one of those people you hope will not only be your advocate in acquiring the right home, but also a friend once the transaction is completed. She is honest, caring, and acts in her clients best interest from the moment you are working together. She was referred to us by a friend of 38 years and I am so glad we contacted her. Ohana. Since 2016 Kinga and her team at eXp have gone above and beyond to ensure our home buying and our recent sale in 2023 met limited challenges. I believe we paid a fair price on purchase and when it was time to sell received the best possible offer we could get at the time. The stress was taken off our hearts during the entire process.
