Stephen is an extremely knowledgeable and professional real estate broker with 24 years of experience. He walked me through the entire real estate process; from finding properties, researching the property, negotiating, recommending lenders, inspectors, contractors and finally the closing of my new home. I could completely count on Stephen to answer questions and to assist with problems/issues as they arose during the real estate process. With his diverse experience in real estate, he was an excellent, dependable resource. I highly recommend Stephen to all my friends and family!

We found Stephen via an online referal. Shortly after submitting our form with interest in a property, Stephen contacted us. The quick response set the tone for the remainder of our experience. Funny thing is we had two other agents follow up with us, one an hour later and the other the next day, but we had already developed a nice rapport with Stephen over the phone. We asked many questions not just about the property, but the entire Island of Hawaii. Stephen’s local knowledge of the area with recommendations of things to do, places to see, and the cultural essence of the Island were all helpful to us in evaluating and eventually purchasing in the Kona area. Stephen was extremely professional and never made us feel that we were inconveniencing him. When we asked what time would it be convenient for him to show us a property, he would simply reply “When is it convenient for you?” Stephen truly understands his role as a customer service representative, just as much as he understands his profession as a real estate agent. That I believe is a rare combination. Thank you Stephen for finding us a place we will enjoy for many years to come! And thank you for helping our friends find their place too!

What an amazing shop and artists. Didn't have an appointment, just walked in and they got us in fairly quick. Chris did an amazing job with my tattoo and drew up exactly what I had in my head. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get ink done.

If I could, I would click 10 stars for this real estate team! Stephen and Therese worked tirelessly with me for several months to help me locate the right condo in the right location that fit my budget. Then, when I unexpectedly had to move again 18 months later, they helped me sell at an excellent price in a very short time frame. In between they gave me valuable tips on remodel and design features that helped me get top dollar for my condo. Who does that?? My only regret is that I had to leave them behind when I left Hawaii. I will hire them again as soon as I can return!
