Initially contacted property manager to view a unit and gave days and times of availability. Received a phone call before 8am on a Saturday from one phone number and a text message from an automated number stating that there would be a showing at 10am. Sounding last minute. Reached out to the number provided to receive more information and was responded with “Which unit showing several today” After I had just received a phone call and text message directly to my number regarding the unit. Made multiple attempts to see the unit after the fact. But wasn’t given the time of day. Property manager offering no flexibility to prospective tenants or fairness. Tried to offer us different rentals when we couldn’t even get a chance to see the one we were interested in? Their response, “The listing has several applications for it.” Makes no sense. Waste of time.

Very unprofessional and poor communication. Could've simply replied to my text and let me know that someone else was chosen for the property but just left us on read and kept us waiting. If youre not a military personnel don't bother dealing with hawaii homes llc and especially Belinda Barnes
