I can’t thank Nicole Mariani enough for her dedication and compassion during one of the hardest times of my life. Facing foreclosure, I felt hopeless — but Nicole gave me light, guidance, and genuine care every step of the way. She went above and beyond, managing my short sale with professionalism, empathy, and persistence until the very end. Nicole is more than a realtor; she’s someone who truly cares about people and never gives up. I’ll be forever grateful for her support and heart.

We recently sold our Kauai condo and I can only say that our realtor Tim Mira was unprofessional, unresponsive and dishonest. Had also offered to pay me $2,500 at closing because of all the problems we had with him which he never paid me, and in addition he never returned my calls or emails. My wife and I experienced the the worst real estate transaction in nearly every way with Tim Mira and Corcoran pacific Properties. After the eventual closing which took nearly 3 months because of Tim's incompetence as a realtor I contacted Paul Roy at Corcoran pacific and he was was of no help and did nothing but give excuses and ultimately cover for Tim Mira, taking no responsibility. I would absolutely not recommend that anyone ever use Corcoran Pacific Properties and specifically Tim Mira.

Dan Schuenke and Greg Mroz are the agents you need when buying and/or selling a home. Aside from their quick response time, their patience, knowledge, and quality of service from start to finish both met and exceeded our expectations. They made the buying and selling process smooth and ensured timelines were met. We would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for very easy to work with agents.

I had the pleasure of working with Bronson Balles these last two weeks who is one of Elite Pacific’s Vacation Rentals Reservations Managers. Although we never ended up renting his particular villa since we chose another location, he was kind, courteous and very quick to respond. Reach out to Bronson if you need an amazing Hawaiian rental!!!

We stayed at Nani Wai in Hawaii Kai for our dream vacation. The location was perfect for our extended families needs. The spacious house was well stocked with plenty of towels etc. & spotlessly clean.We made good use of the pool, kayak & paddle board provided. Unfortunately, the spa was not working. Numerous technicians were sent to try & get it working but further parts were needed. We would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation.
