Terin is the absolute BEST in the real estate game! We've tried several times to find a great house for me and every time the experience was exceptional! She's knowledgeable, she's quick and she's attentive. Her communication skills with her clients are superb. DELSAAN WAS AMAZING!!! I can’t give enough credit because he was truly the best. My mom is a realtor, so I know realtors don’t typically prefer working with renters because there’s little to no commission, but you would never guess that after working with Delsaan. From the beginning he was communicative, prompt, friendly, and intentional. He was upfront about times he would be unavailable and when I could expect to hear from him. What was a long, tiring, discouraging process trying to find an apartment on my own was completely transformed upon contacting Savvy Estates ATL. I was approved for my apartment the same day Delsaan showed it to me. Overall I had an amazing, seamless home searching experience, and if I had to do it all over again, Delsaan would be the first person I call.
