From the very beginning, choosing Great Homes ATL felt right, and throughout the entire process, not once did we regret that decision. We first connected in June 2025, and from day one they were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, understanding, and truly invested in helping us find exactly what we wanted. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. During our consultation, they didn’t JUST ask about what kind of house we wanted, they asked about our lifestyle, what we enjoy doing for fun, activities for our children, and what mattered most to us as a family. That level of care made us feel seen and valued beyond just being clients. Throughout the process, they remained incredibly responsive, patient, insightful, and supportive. As we neared the end of the transaction, we had some unforeseen family situations that we had to deal with back to back which would have interfered with closing but once we informed them of this, they worked quickly to see if we could make changes to the closing date and did everything they could to assist us during this difficult time. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth, exciting, and full of support. We are beyond grateful and truly feel like family now. My husband and I were moving to Georgia for work and upon viewing GreatHomesAtl on YouTube we found the house of our dreams, and Mark made it so easy for us! First we did a virtual conference then once we flew into Georgia we met and spent a whole day looking at the most beautiful homes they had to offer. Long story short Mark was able to accommodate us even on holidays and always answered any questions we had at any time of day. Great Homes ATL made our buying experience so easy and exciting and at the end, gave us the most amazing welcome home gift and still checking on us. Would recommend them to everyone we know.
