Blake Pruitt is by far the best agent I’ve ever worked with. He hands down goes above and beyond for his clients. If you don’t use him as your agent, you are wrong. He made our home buying experience very easy! I would recommend him to anyone. 5 stars isn’t enough.

My team and I changed over to Bolst almost 3 years ago and it's been fantastic. The marketing that's available to agents is spot on and super adaptable to each agent's needs. The classes are completely designed and taught by folks that have SOLD and many that CURRENTLY sell homes in the our market. I'm not talking about CE here, I mean classes that teach proven methods on selling homes and running your business. These guys have tons of support for new and seasoned agents. They focus on helping us help our clients. Happy we made the move. They entire crew at Bolst believes in community and it shows with everything they do.

After my dad's stroke, my sister and I moved my parents into my home. It was a lot of work! Than came the easy part. It was time to clean out and sell their house. Raegan Thorp first deteremined a price point for the house. She orchistrated the cleanup, photography, and marketing of the house. Her team moved so fast! The offers came pouring in. My parents LOVED that house. They were there for 24 years. It was an emotional time but with Raegan and her team by our side we were able to get it sold in no time for an excellent price. I found her whole team to be very professional while also being personable. I can not thank them enough for everything they did. We will be working with Raegan again in the futures.

If you’re in the market to buy or sell your home, I highly recommend Rebecca Sideras!! This was my third time working with her in the past few years and I couldn’t imagine going through the process with anyone else. She is extremely attentive to detail and found us our perfect fit! I really appreciated that she took all of our initial tastes, as well as feedback during home tours, to hone in our criteria. I didn’t even have a name for exactly what I wanted until she sent us listings. She also provides excellent feedback while touring homes without interjecting personal opinions/preferences. Her communication is 10/10. It feels like you are her sole focus even though she is actively juggling multiple clients! I have no idea how she does it and I worry she doesn’t sleep!! So if you’re looking for a realtor, whether buying or selling, Rebecca is my top recommendation!

I am disappointed in both the agent I worked with (Tiffanie Jones) and the managing broker (Cathryn Childs). Another review mentions Tiffanie as being "overly aggressive" and "nasty" to work with, and unfortunately I have to agree although I wouldn't use those exact words. But it wasn't always that way -- she started off very nice and easy to work with. However, at some point Tiffanie Jones failed to request documents in a timely fashion, stated that she won't put offers in for us that she didn't think would win, and refused to follow our buyers agreement and insisted that she has to have 3% commission (even if a contract closed at 2.5%). Ultimately Tiffanie cared more about her commission then she cared about her clients (ekk! Red flags!). It was then our conversation got hostile. When I tried to work with the managing broker (Cathryn Childs) to mediate the situation so we could both walk away, she basically said nope deal with it (but at least politely). So yeah. I can't recommend Bolst as an agency, nor can I recommend Tiffanie Jones. Maybe you will have better luck, but why risk it? Go with a proven agent and a proven agency that puts their buyers and sellers first.
