I own property in Jacksonville, Florida and mainly rent this house to college students nearby the University of North Florida. I’ve never had problems with tenants over the years but some kids these days seem to not care for their living quarters. I tend to do random check ups from time to time just to make sure things are ok. To my surprise I noticed a large dent outside on the garage door and the side gate had broken off. I have a key to the house so I check in and to my disgust the place is a mess with damage everywhere. It seemed they had a few too many out of control parties. I would leave 0 starts, but it won't allow me. This agency promised me a certain price for my home and promised me $ up front (as stated on their website) and NEVER followed through. They strung me along until the last day we were supposed to close, and still didn't close. They were rude, unresponsive, and honestly just liars. They kept trying to come down almost 30k after we already signed a contract! They knew I was going through a certain situation with a domestic incident and they prayed on my situation they lied and lied and lied and lied up until the very last minute. Do not ever work with anyone from this company it's a waste of time. They should definitely take down up to $10,000 cash up front immediately because that's a lie. I only needed $2,000 up front to move due to my circumstances and they kept telling me Oh yeah next week next week we have a team meeting I'll call you right back and give you an answer and nobody ever called back. 0 out of 1000000 stars! TERRIBLE experience. They give the good investors that buy homes for cash a bad name
