I want to thank Orbit Properties and their team for helping my family move to our next chapter! Our home needed some repairs, but we needed to have a quick and smooth sale. Luz is truly a genuine human being and working with her is a breeze. Her and her husband clearly want to do right by you and get your house sold as quickly as possible. I would refer them to anyone looking to sell their house.

I wanted to sell my house because of the rise in frequency and intensity in hurricanes and Orbit made it really easy, I contacted Luz and set up a closing date and boom it was done. I got a fair price for the place and when the house we planned to buy fell through they were kind enough to hold off closing until I finally had a house. Thanks again Luz and Andres and y'all definitely deserve the 5 stars.

My experience with Orbits Properties was very positive. Communication was great! I could get questions answered quickly and everything moved forward perfectly. I was given a fair offer that did not change. The whole transaction actually took 30 day, just as I was told it would. I would recommend Orbits Properties and Luc Rodriguez to anyone who needs a rapid solution to their property situation. I am so glad that I was approached by Luc and Orbits Properties, I only wish I had known about them sooner.
