Working with Henry and his team was a fantastic successful experience! The investment property closed within two weeks. Even though we work in different areas Jacksonville and Miami the team effort helped a seller out of a situation and allowed the buyer to purchase another investment located in the historical area of Springfield. Knowing Henry for over a year we were able to get our first closing together and happy to say we are on to our next successful investment venture. See you at the top!

Working with Henry Buys Homes was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in realty. Henry untangled a 4-year-old mortgage and title mess in a matter of 3 weeks, and he did it with grace, honesty, and the ultimate professionalism, along with a lot of hard work on my behalf. He works with a skilled team that helps sort out every issue as it arises — our issues included extensive property damage, liens on the title (a fraudulent lien in my case), and recalcitrant people trying to stand in the way of the home sale — and the team navigates these issues with impressive efficiency.
