I worked with Kal and Laith to get my house. I trusted their input as a first time buyer and they did not steer me wrong or lead me a stray. Laith made the process easy and his personality is one in a million. He’s attentive, respectful, and honorable. I appreciate his help with the home buying process. His feedback on the various homes we saw was honest and not biased. Laith and his father is not just trying to put people in a house. They’re trying to put you in a home. They wasn’t pushy at all. There was open communication throughout my experience. I would recommend them if you’re interested in buying home not just a house. Thank you Kal and Laith so much!!!

We had the privilege of meeting and working with Kal during our search for a home in Jacksonville. He gave us so many hours of his time, driving all over the city to do multiple showings in one day, since we came from out of town. We appreciated his professionalism, wisdom, kindness, attentiveness, and ability to patiently explain everything about the home buying process. He also made sure to show us homes we were actually interested and that fit our price range, which we appreciated, since we’ve had realtors show us homes way out of our budget. We are unsure if we will end up moving to Jacksonville at this point, but meeting Kal was definitely a highlight, and we don’t have enough good things to say about him. If we do end up going towards Jacksonville we definitely look forward to working with him.

Laith helped my family and I tremendously during the process of buying a home. He was very patient, as we were indecisive and asked to see many properties before choosing the right one. He was professional and prompt throughout the entire process and I highly recommend choosing him to be your realtor if you’re looking to buy or sell a property.

Erkka Ramey “Rikka the Realtor” the best realtor in Zalloum Realtor in Jacksonville Florida!!!! Absolutely would not change my experience for nothing!!! She made me feel so happy always answered every question within seconds, she cared so much about everything I needed, never left my side not for a moment, she really helped me out and made the best deal negotiating, she will definitely do anything for you, if I ever do something again she is the first person I am contacting she has the sweetest personality I’ve ever met!!!! May god bless her for her beautiful spirit!!!!! If you guys want someone that cares choose Erkka Rameyyyy!!!!!
