Jacksonville Wealth Builders has done an excellent job managing my rental properties. They are very responsive, professional, and proactive, and my tenants have had a great experience with them as well. Logan and Jeff are especially responsible and do a great job keeping me updated on any tenant concerns or property-related issues. I appreciate their communication and attention to detail. JWB helps real estate investors own properties with little to no experience in running the day to day operations of the business. They handle the tennants, collect the rent, handle maintenance isssues and send me monthly mailbox money. I highly recommend working with JWB for a fabulous real estate investing experience. From last few years, JWB has been managing my properties in Jacksonville.
