The entire team at JWB is a pleasure to work with. They seem to always find a way to under-promise and over-deliver on everything they do. From the time we mutually agreed upon a fair price for the home to day of closing, JWB made it a breeze! They kept me informed on the title work and closing process as we moved along so that there was no surprises at the closing table. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home in a fast and fair manner.

We had a wonderful experience working with JWB Home Buyers. Due to family circumstances and health issues we needed to sell my parents home quickly and for fair market value as it needed quite a bit of work. I contacted JWB and it was a very easy process from start to finish. Everything is taken care of in-house and closing was within 3-weeks from the first day I called and my father received a check at closing. It was a great experience during a very stressful time and we are grateful.

I recently decided to sell my house in Jacksonville Beach. After speaking with a good friend she recommended calling JWB to see if they would be interested in our home. I emailed them and received a very quick response. After some negotiation we were able to come to agreement on the sale of my home. The process was professional and done in a way so every detail was addressed. We did not have to have a Realtor so I was able to save money. There were no banks involved because they were able to come to the table with cash! This made the process much easier. The closing was flawless and took very little time. Again I have nothing but high marks for the process JWB had in place. I would gladly highly recommend to any of my friends interested in selling their home to contact JWB. I actually did, and JWB also bought his house!

Finally! A fair, honest and highly ethically company to buy our house. We needed to get out of the rental real-estate business - tired of the hassles, and this house needed a lot of work ($$). After talking to several investors who "pay cash for your house" and offer "quick closings" we signed a contract with one who turned out to be a total joke. We started talking to Kasandra Joyner at JWB Home Buyers, and naturally, we were leery, and quite cautious. Our concerns were completely (!) unfounded. Working with Kasandra and her team was an absolute joy - and could not have been easier. They offered us a fair price after their contractor reviewed the property to asses the work required. We even negotiated a few small details that we pointed out were more recently repaired than they realized. There was never a "take it or leave it" attitude, like they were doing us some kind of favor! Closing was right on schedule (to the day!) and super simple. This is truly a professional real estate company, operating at the highest standards, and I cannot recommend them anymore strongly than to say I would personally do business with them again tomorrow. A wonderful experience on all fronts.

JWB was not only efficient but they were more than willing to accommodate any requests. Closing was extremely smooth! If you want to sell a home quickly with no hassles, JWB is the way to go. They work as a team and get the sale done!
