I’ll be honest — at first, I thought a company offering cash for homes sounded “too good to be true.” My family was definitely waiting for the catch 😂 But Duval Homebuyers completely proved us wrong. They were honest, professional, communicative, and treated our family with genuine respect through the entire process. No pressure, no shady surprises, and no confusing games — just real people helping real families. Mr. Collin especially stood out to us. He was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of our family’s needs, and he truly went above and beyond to make the process comfortable and beneficial for us. If you’re skeptical about cash homebuyers, I understand completely — we were too. But Duval Homebuyers changed our opinion entirely.

Appreciated the communication and honesty of Duval Homebuyers. I originally signed contract with another home buying company and had terrible communication and follow through after signing contract. The other company refused to close and canceled original contract signed 40 days prior. Duval homebuyers came in and closed within the given time frame. Bard was great to work with and kept me up with what was happening throughout the process. I would recommend Duval homebuyers and not waste your time and money on less reputable companies.

I sold my home to Duval Home Buyers. They were extremely professional. I had to sell on a time line and they were able to make it happen very quickly. I was nervous but they gave me a very fair price for the both of us. I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding Landlord & Property I rented this property for three years and couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. The property itself was in great condition throughout my entire stay, i never encountered any maintenance issues or problems of any kind. For the size of the house, the rent was very reasonable and offered excellent value compared to similar properties in the area. What really stood out, however, was the landlord. They were attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed anything. It’s rare to find a landlord who is both professional and personable, and this one truly delivered on both fronts. I felt comfortable and at home for the full three years I lived there, which says a lot. I would highly recommend this property and landlord to anyone looking for a stress-free renting experience.
