We full so fortunate to have worked with the Krishnan team recently to sell our house in San Francisco. Yesenia in particular, but the whole team was so professional every step of the way. Their communication was always very clear, they were hyper responsive and their advice was spot on both in how to market the house and the timing of putting it up for sale. The quality of their contractors they engaged with - painters, stagers etc. was top notch. They made the process as easy and fun as you could hope for. Could not offer a stronger recommendation.

Lauren walked us through every milestone and stayed engaged right through to post-CoE, demonstrating integrity and empathy throughout. The past sold exercise helped us establish clear criteria early. We worked in tandem in the evenings and over weekends to choose which properties to see, which to eliminate, what to aim for, ultimately landing a positive offer without considerable effort.
