When it came to selling my home, her deep knowledge of the neighborhood and thoughtful pricing strategy were invaluable. She also took much of the stress off my shoulders by coordinating painters, a stager, and landscapers to make sure the house looked its very best. Cynthia was our realtor 8 years ago when we bought our first home and we naturally reached out to her again when we sold it this year. We cannot recommend Cynthia enough (and have in fact recommended her to so many of our friends, who have also loved working with her). Cynthia is far more than a realtor: She got the job done, and beautifully so, but she also rapidly became a trusted confidante, a therapist, and ultimately a friend. She hits every single bucket, and then some: She sought to understand our priorities in a holistic way, she was always highly responsive, she navigated our stress gracefully and gently, she was our true advocate and accompangateur. Over the 8 years we owned the house, we were consistently in touch with Cynthia to debate investments and renovation. Each time we knew we could count on her to be thoughtful and direct. Real estate is a transaction, but working with Cynthia was anything but -- we truly feel like we *grew* through our working relationship with her, and we are far better for it. We would highly recommend Lisa Riddle to anyone looking to sell in San Francisco. We were very satisfied with her expertise in selling our tenant-occupied units. Living out of state, we knew it could be a challenging process—especially with long-term tenants and a property management company involved—but she handled everything with professionalism, patience, diligence, and clear communication. There were some challenges with access to the property, yet she worked through them calmly and effectively, keeping the process moving forward while seeking to avoid stress on either end. She also connected us with an excellent real estate attorney, which greatly helped us to navigate the complexities of the sale. What could have been a complicated, lengthy, and stressful transaction ended up being smooth and successful, thanks to Ms. Riddle's organization, persistence, and care.
