I am very impressed by the service from this company. It was the first time for me and my husband buying a house, AND we were living overseas at the time. Donna made the process as painless as possible. She was very communicative, and was happy to work with our time difference. She really listened to us, and found us properties for us to look at that fit our needs. We were lucky and found our house very quickly, ready for us to move in when we came back to the US. We were very confident to purchase (sight unseen!) because Donna and the rest of the Real SF Properties team took meticulous videos for us and described the different properties very well. 10/10, would recommend.

Kira is THE trusted, most competent, efficient, and friendliest realtor in San Francisco. She is simply amazing! My husband and I were looking to buy a condo, our first real estate purchase ever. Two of our friends had recently worked with Kira and praised her, so we turned to her. From the first meeting onward, we knew we were in trusted and competent hands. She was on top of our needs immediately. When we found the place we wanted, she gave us spot-on guidance with the bid, knowing what we could afford and what would move the sellers' decision in our favor... and our bid was accepted! From then on, she helped us navigate the heavy and complex documentation, summarizing key points that required our attention, sending documents with online signature to expedite the investigation and final purchase process. She made it so easy! She's patient, thorough, and most friendly. She even gave us excellent recommendations for other services like property tax expert and mortgage adviser. No question, Kira is the best realtor in town and we look forward to working with her again.

Kira Mead and Danny Fernandez are smart, insightful, practical and organized real estate agents, and I would not buy a house in San Francisco without their guidance. I worked with Kira and Danny to determine if my spouse and I would make an offer on a very beautiful but structurally complex home on Corbett Street. I kept seeing Kira and her partner Danny's property listings, and I was impressed by the care they put into staging and marketing. I also knew from talking to Kira that she had a wonderful eye and a keen sense for the possibilities in a property. So I called and asked if she'd be willing to work with me on the potential offer. Kira and Danny kicked into gear immediately - providing relevant and helpful comps for the property, setting up a private walk-through of the home and then organizing a meeting with a highly experienced general contractor to help us to estimate the true cost of the repairs listed out in the disclosures. In all of the walk-throughs, both Kira and Danny gave immeasurable insight into how we might use the space or schedule out various repairs and upgrades to maximize our time and repair dollars. We ultimately determined that we would not be able to finance the repairs involved in the Corbett property, and so despite the fact that we loved the home, we walked away from negotiations. The house sold a few weeks later, right in line with what Kira and Danny had recommended that we bid. I was sad to see it go but also happy to have had such a great experience with the two of them. I felt like we were in very good hands throughout the process, and I highly recommend their services.

For my first house purchase in SF, I was introduced to Kira Mead by a friend who had worked with her to buy in San Francisco. When I started my housing search, I knew very little about the SF housing market or my preferences. Kira walked me through the entire process from the onset. She outlined pricing considerations, told me about key neighborhoods, and introduced my to a mortgage broker who was nimble and able to help me close quickly. When I finally was ready to make my first offer, I felt very ready to move quickly since she had helped me get so prepared. I won my first offer (!) on an Edwardian apartment, located a half block down the street from Golden Gate Park, with Kira's trusted and expert guidance. And, as we worked through a 15-day close, she helped to answer my questions on everything, including homeowner's insurance, the paperwork I was signing, and more. She continues to advise me with key housing decisions and has become a friend. The trust that Kira was able to build with me quickly was essential to being able to bid and win on my first offer, and I'm very thankful to her for helping me find an apartment I love in San Francisco. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy in SF. - Update: After 5 years, we sold this first house and bought a new house in the same neighborhood that is perfect for us, all with Kira's expert and caring support. Five stars for Kira and team!

We handed our keys to Donna and Kira, and left town. They took care of everything - upgrades to our apartment, selections of fixtures and fittings, the excellent staging, lots of FAQs, and they worked together seamlessly as a team. We had multiple offers after just two weeks, and the closing process was smooth. Highly recommended.
