The Bernie and Mike team is an exceptionally effective SF agent group that will help you maximize your sale price in a sometimes challenging market. If you’re selling a house you probably have one primary goal: move quickly into contract and close with the best possible price. Until you start thinking seriously about selling, you probably haven’t thought much about how hard it can be to get your home into truly marketable condition. It’s complicated and often expensive without the right information and contacts. Until we began working with Mike, we were dealing with a lot of difficult decision points and no context or good perspective on the SF market. Mike Shaw and the whole team quickly helped us put together a plan, hire contractors to bring the property’s level of polish up, and get to market immediately thereafter. We sold for double what we purchased for and consider Bernie and Mike to be real partners in making that happen. I highly recommend them.

Mike and his team are fantastic. They helped me sell my father's house near Ocean Beach. The house was a true gem with ocean and park views from every window. They prepped, staged and marketed the home to make it sparkle. In a challenging market, the home sold quickly for over the asking price. We were very happy and satisfied with the results. 100% would recommend Mike and Bernie to anyone selling a home in SF.

I worked with Bernie 28 years ago when I bought my place in San Francisco and he is the only one I went back to when it came time to sell! This time his team had expanded to Mike, Mila and Michael. The combination of knowledge, experience, competence, team work, attention to detail and making me feel supported through the lead up to the sale and then the sale itself was phenomenal. They helped me ready my place for the sale, used an experienced team to do all the work, introduced me to the Vanguard valet service (which was fabulous too as short term financing), introduced me to the QI for my 1031 exchange...my place listed and the first open house had 18 attendees, the next day 21 attendees, 6 requests for disclosure packages and day 3 we hada pre emptive non contingent offer! and we closed in just over 4 weeks!
