My husband and I are first time homebuyers and we wanted someone who understands what we want, would support us throughout the transaction, and would be patient enough to guide us through a process we knew absolutely nothing about. Anna was exactly that and so much more. She didn't just hand us documents and say "sign here." She literally sat with us and went through the disclosures PAGE BY PAGE until we actually understood what we were looking at. Who does that?! She did. It wasn't just the paperwork. She went above and beyond in making sure that we feel comfortable in all the decisions we make, including making an offer, removing contingencies, picking the right homeowners insurance, talking to neighbors to make sure that we are choosing the right place for our family, sending multiple inquiries to the listing agent and HOA to get all the clarifications we need.... I mean the list genuinely never ends. What blew us away the most was that she never once made us feel rushed or pressured into any decision. Every single step of the way she made sure we were comfortable and confident before moving forward. She treated this purchase like it was HER money on the line too. If you are buying a home, you need her in your corner. We could not have done this without her and we are so grateful she was our agent. We cannot recommend her enough.
