Working with Valentin was a very pleasurable experience. We had a rental home where we had to serve an eviction and the thought of cleaning up the house once again or dealing with a traditional sale was just exhausting. The process of selling the home to We Buy Houses was quick and easy. Valentin was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the process. We received a fair price for our rental home and if we ever choose to do a cash sale on another home, I will definitely call We Buy Houses first.

We had such a positive experience working with Valentin when selling my grandmother’s house, that we worked with him again when selling my aging uncle’s home needing much repair. I wanted to share my personal experience with We Buy Houses in Fresno. After searching online and reading some Google reviews I decided to reach out to We Buy Houses in Fresno. My elderly parents had decided to move in with me and my family and sell their home. To be honest, I was dreading the whole ordeal. The very next day, Christian, contacted me to set up an appointment with the owner-Valentin. Christian was very professional and tried to accommodate me and my family's schedule. Valentin was able to come the very next day to give my parents a cash quote. We did get a second opinion and We Buy Houses was able to beat the second offer. We decided to go with We Buy Houses because of their quick response, fairness in price and the fact that they were very transparent with the process which made it stress free. We also decided to go with We Buy Houses because we didn't have to worry about cleaning up the house, fixing or replacing things or renting out a trash bin to throw out old items. My parents were able to close on their house within one week. They received their check on the expected closing date. Overall, the experience was great. I cannot stress enough what a wonderful and comfortable experience we had with this company. If you're thinking about selling your home quickly give these guys a chance to give you at least an offer.

After receiving similar price offers for our mother's "as is" home of 60 years, we chose We Buy Houses due to Valentin's easy to understand "1st offer" terms and flexibility to work with us to allow the current tenants time to vacate with a very fair ”cash for keys" incentive. Our mom passed during the sale of the home, which was further complicated by tenant relatives who were not caring for the home or paying rent. Valentin was caring, knowledgeable, accessible, and proved 100% honest in carrying through as planned. He even made further concessions in consideration of Mom’s passing. I reviewed the “fine print” of our different offers carefully. The purchase amounts were similar, but there was a very big difference in terms protecting the buyer. With no realtor involved, we decided to choose our buyer from the best first offer rather than go back and forth pitting the buyers against each other. We Buy Houses fully committed to a very quick sale, while one of the other offers had vague language that would have allowed the buyer to cancel or renegotiate after further inspections. We highly recommend We Buy Houses. Valentine helped us through a very difficult and emotional transition, and in the process even eased tension among family members involved.

Working with Valentin was a really great experience selling my parent's home. It was a really fast process and a great offer on the home. Once we where able to close on the home, Valentin gave my parent's enough time to move there stuff from there old place to the new one.
