Craig Barton and his team provided truly exceptional service in facilitating the sale of a property in Fresno. The sale was unbelievably quick as we received 5 good offers 4 days after the property was listed on MLS. The offer we accepted was incredibly strong with an excellent price, all cash, and all contingencies waived. We successfully closed the deal to our complete satisfaction within 1 week! The customer service was top notch throughout. Craig is a great communicator, keeping us informed of all developments and necessary steps, and ensuring that we completely understood every detail along the way. We had complete confidence to execute the transaction from listing through closing due to his consistent support and proactive guidance. The transaction was complicated by the owner (my elderly mother), me, and the property residing in three different geographic locations.
