Osborne homes. Perfect place to go if you want to sell your property and do it quickly and you don't want a lot of hassles. This is what happened to me when I decided I want to sell. I had it on the market for approximately one year without any luck. Then I ran across and Osborne homes advertisement online. Next thing I know I was contacting. Set up a time that they can come out inspect the property okay 3 days later they gave me the rest of me 2 weeks later the house was sold. I didn't think there could be a company this evil to exist. This is their strategy: They come in with a high offer, then they wait until escrow is almost closed.. then they drop the price usually by 70 to 100,000. I don't even know how it's legal to do what they do. I heard the same scenario done twice. Don't even accept their phone calls. UPDATE: Turns out they have previously sanctioned and suspended by the California Department of Real Estate.

My personal experience with Osborne Homes has been smooth, transparent and they have been great to work with! I’m unsure what these other negative reviews could be about. Everything they told me they would do was followed through on. I’ve spoken with Kathy a couple times. The conversations have always been professional. She helped me with arranging a key meet up as well as one time I was running late for an appointment, sorry Kathy!  Ask to only work with Devin. He’s been honest, upfront, and a trustworthy person which has helped create a smooth process. He is the guy who will take the transaction to the finish line. Eric is a nice guy, crack a joke with him on the phone. I know he’s not all business and probably a very huggable guy. Jokes aside, this is a solid team to work with that I highly recommend.

Very disappointing. We agreed upon a price and I got locked into a contract then they lowered their offer by 12% When I rejected the lower offer, they pointed out that I was locked into a contract until after the closing date. I consider this bait and switch.

I had a great experience working with Michelle on the sell of my home she was there at every step of the sell. She also went to bat for me to get me a better price that I could sell to them.
