I would avoid agent Tamara couto. She has inappropriate conversation with perspective buyers. I was present for an open house with Tamara. Tamara talked about all the negative aspects of the property, which were corrected and no longer exist. These were not lawful disclosures, they were minor things. She also talked about other properties she has listed in the area, which, in her opinion, were better. In my mind this is is an ethics violation. It is not appropriate to gossip and make jokes about people or property Tamara. As an example, people don't need to know the bushes we're ugly and used to block the front of the house from view. Or that the new earth tone paint covers a hideous blue color. Why not let your perspective buyers see the home as it is... An agent should not trash talk a sellers, resident or the property they are paid to sell. London properties in and of itself, may be fine, however, I would avoid working with Tamara Cuoto. I was shocked at the level of inappropriateness

Portia from London is by far the best to work with! Along with her crew Connie and Robin! They went above and beyond to make sure the house buying process for me was a positive one! Portia made me feel important the whole way! Please use Portia and her team with confidence!

This review is for their agent Laura Mather. When trying to sell a home, she brings a ton of experience to get your house sold. Her previous experience in property management, sales and staging makes her an awesome realtor. She also has the connections and marketing skills to make sure your home looks good and is seen by other agents and potential buyers. She is professional, she is personable, she communicates well and she makes the whole process of buying/selling a home super easy and actually enjoyable. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

Ernie Ochoa was the agent who helped us sell our old house and buy a new one. Ernie is the best--I recommend him unconditionally. He is very professional and quite familiar with neighborhoods and housing in this area, and he was able to please both my husband and me, even though we were looking for different things in a new house. Ernie worked hard for us and became a real friend along the way. Great agent!!
