Love Nila! She has been extremely helpful throughout this rental process. Nila has been super personable and informative. Knowing I can call at anytime and ask for her to answer my questions is a load off. Also, knowing she is really chill and comfortable to work with gives me ease to call her about whatever and have my questions answered. Frankly every lady I spoke with at JD Home Rentals has been absolutely lovely to interact with. Definitely recommend them if you are looking for your next place. They will do their best to help you!

The staff in there are always so nice and welcoming. Although I don’t agree with some of their rules, the staff are not in control of that. The person that helped me is Julie and she is the sweetest! She made sure to take down all my information carefully, and in good timing. She went above and beyond for my co-signer and I 🙌🏼🙌🏼 THANK YOU SO MUCH JULIEEEEE! 🫶🏼❤️🫶🏼❤️

Neira helped us through the whole process, from the application to move in! She made the whole process so smooth, no issues and very easy! Thank you so much Neira for being so kind and helpful you definitely made us feel less stressed! We are so excited for our new home.

If I could give this property management company a zero Stars I definitely would. These people are the complete opposite of some place that helps low income participants. They could seriously care less. They only care about their money. I feel a little bit behind on my rent and I called to set up a payment arrangement with the manager. She said she would not accept my payment arrangement and that if I didn't come with the whole rent payment to not come at all that no partial payment would be accepted. Long story short my check did not come on time. And she started the eviction process. Mind you I have been living in the same house for 3 years. When I received the eviction letter I called the lawyer that they had hired that was taken care of the eviction process. The lawyer then agreed to making a payment plan with me as long as I included seven $1,750 worth of attorney fees along with my full rent payment. I only needed her to wait a couple more days that's what the payment plan was for and she refused just to turn around and allow me to set up a payment arrangement with the lawyer she hired for an additional $1,750 added to my monthly payment. There is no way to speak with a supervisor or someone above the manager there at the office because her last name is the same last name as the actual owner and there's no way to speak with the actual owner because she won't allow it. I understand if this property company is your only option at this point or you don't have other options but keep in mind the whole helping low-income family find fair housing is a lie and if and they are a fraud.

Costumer service has been great, I haven’t had any bad experiences with them but omg be aware that when you rent a home from them you might come across some huge issues & they won’t get resolved. I had a leaking roof which they came to check out & then turned out my whole roof was bad so needed to be fixed. These issues started since October & it took a while for them to finally come check it out & finally in December they were supposed to fix it which turned out they couldn’t cus they needed madera city permits. According to them these permits were submitted since December & to this day now in May they still haven’t got the permits. It’s ridiculous because now everytime it rains I have leaks all over my house!!! Restroom, Hallway, Living Room, My room & closet…. You name it! I called a couple weeks ago to finally figure out if they’re replacing my roof or if not so I can start looking for a new rental & they said the manager would contact me & to this day still no call.. I honestly don’t think it’s fair that us tenants have to struggle so much but yet they expect the rent to be paid on time but who is gna pay for all the damage this leaking roof has done to my personal belongings & the stress it has caused to me & my family! I understand these homes are old but no one should have to live with these issues. So if you ever think about renting from them just do your research & make sure the rental doesn’t have these many issues. I know their rent prices aren’t so high that’s why a lot of us go with them but idk if it’s actually worth the stress.
