I’ve known Linda and Todd since 2013 when I purchased my very first property through them. Over the past decade, they have helped me purchase multiple properties and have consistently provided invaluable guidance along the way. Most recently, they helped me sell one of my rental properties after the lease ended. Todd and Linda clearly laid out my options: either sell the home as is or invest about $30,000 in updates before putting it on the market. I trusted their advice, went forward with the updates, and ended up earning an additional $50,000 in profit. What impressed me most is how seamless they made the entire process. We were very pleased with Todd and Linda, they are very thorough and knowledgeable. We had to sell our house fairly quick and Todd’s vision of what needed to be done to our house prior and attention to detail proved to be huge. We sold our house ahead of schedule and got more than asking. Linda was very insightful and always answered my questions quickly and went above and beyond in helping us buy our new home. Very professional and diligent, I would highly recommend them.

We would like to thank Todd and Linda for all of their hard work in helping us sell my wife’s parents home.
