Chris has been an outstanding realtor for us. We first met him in 2018 when purchasing our home in Phoenix. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in finding a home for us especially since we were new to Arizona. When selling our home several years later we immediately reached out to Chris again. This time we got to experience him as our selling agent and we were just as impressed! The marketing, photos, and showings of the home were all top notch. He handled everything with care. To this day we still talk about how much we’ve enjoyed Chris as our agent. He’s trustworthy, great communication, answers all your questions and gives high quality service. Thank you Chris!

As others have said house shopping during the Pandemic was nuts, but we had a secret weapon to aid us through the craziness. CJ to the rescue ! The home buying process now is different than it use to be, battling tons of crazy offers, watching properties being snatched up in minutes etc. Not to mention it being one of the biggest purchases in your life...so stressful to say the least. Well when we brought CJ on to help us in our endeavor, it was still a little stressful but CJ did everything he could to make as easy and comfortable as possible. Always making time to go see every property and keeping in constant contact with every bid or conversation he had with the Seller's or Seller's Agent. We got a house quicker than we had even anticipated and when the offer was accepted CJ didn't just sit back and wait for his commission check, he stayed in close contact with all parties and really saw that everyone had what they needed to get it closed. CJ is a fantastic guy and agent. Personable, polite, professional and cares about getting his clients what they need and want. We cant thank him enough.

Buying a home in middle of a pandemic, while the prices of homes are ridiculously high and definitely a sellers market, C.J. was able to find my dream home for UNDER list price. He explained every part of the process to us and was always available to answer any question we had. I never felt like I was bothering him and C.J. was professional every step of the way. I will definitely recommend him to anyone buying a house, you will not he disappointed!

C.J. is knowledgeable, accommodating and no-pressure – a pleasure to work with. But I think what really sets him apart is how much he cares. When I was ready to make an offer, he immediately got on the phone with the seller’s agent and did everything he could to make sure I had the best change of having my offer accepted. When we ran into a pool issue during escrow, he pushed for it to be fixed, and stayed on top of it to make sure it was done and done correctly, even stopping by to check on it himself. I would highly recommend working with C.J.!
