A big thank you to our agent, Alex Soutus of Gluch Group, for helping us find a house in a hectic and difficult market, during Spring Week. Our biggest hurdle to finding our new home was the extremely short period of time we had to look, but he was very accommodating to us the entire time and we do appreciate that, Alex. You were actually on vacation when we arrived, that's how short notice this referral was! But, you accommodated our visit with an assistant agent and came back to work early to personally help us in our search. Your patience, planning and devotion to showing us so many houses in such a short period, including your knowledge of the many areas we viewed paid off...we found our house within the timeframe we had, a total of four days. We met Alex of Gluch Group through a referral (thank you, Laura) and now that we've had such a successful experience working with him, we shall also be sending referrals his way too. We recently worked with Alex Soutus at Gulch group to sell our condo in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Our initial meeting with Alex made us feel very confident that he was the person for us! The process was very smooth Alex and his team (especially Yana) made it so easy to list and hand it over to the team to manage! Our questions were answered promptly and the advice was sound.
