Greg was absolutely outstanding in helping me purchase my first home. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but he took the time to explain every step of the process clearly and patiently. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always had my best interests in mind. From negotiating to closing, everything felt smooth and well-managed because of his attention to detail and experience. I truly felt supported the entire time and couldn’t have asked for a better guide through such an important milestone. I highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We found Greg on YouTube while trying to learn about the different areas in Phoenix AZ. He is super nice, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We moved to AZ from out of state and Greg was incredibly helpful during the entire process. As someone that has worked with many realtors over the past 20 years, I would recommend him without hesitation. we have now moved into our new house in Gilbert AZ and couldn’t be happier.

Greg just helped us buy a house in North Phoenix. From looking for a house to closing, the whole process only took a month thanks to Greg. I found Greg via his YouTube Channel “Living in Phoenix, Arizona”. When we decided to buy a house in Phoenix, I reached out to him and he was very prompt, knowledgeable, and patient when it came to answering questions and providing information/suggestions. Ever since I told Greg that my husband and I would have to travel internationally in a month and would like to find a house within that time frame, it sounded like mission impossible, but not for him. He was fully prepared to help us! He gave us a list of houses to review and took us to see 10 houses on the first day. On the second day, we went back to a couple of houses that we liked and picked the best one that fit our needs. During the closing process, he was our eyes and voice because we live in Los Angeles, and being in a different state made it a challenge to be present for house inspections and buyer walks. Greg represented us for the inspection, the first and second buyer walks, and videotaped each of them for us to review. He also contacted the builder on our behalf to follow up with issues that popped up during the inspection. We have bought and sold several properties in the past and Greg is the best real estate agent that we have ever had. His willingness to go above and beyond to help his clients and his interpersonal skills were outstanding. He is warm, genuine, very professional, and informative. We felt so fortunate to have found him and worked with him. We recommend him highly without hesitation.

Greg helped us through the challenging process of purchasing a home in the Phoenix area from out of state. He took the time to really understand our priorities and what we were looking for in not just a home but what we wanted in a neighborhood as well. He provided boundless amounts of information, patience, and guidance through every step of the process. From connecting us to financing, to the search (he toured nearly a dozen homes on our behalf and provided us with insights and feedback that aligned with our priorities), to making a sound offer, and beyond. It is no stretch to say Greg was an invaluable partner in helping us navigate the ups and downs of finding a home. Greg's very informative videoes about the different cities that make up the greater Phoenix area is what me initially contact him when I decided to move from FL to AZ. He's great with videos, information & follow-up. He has a great team for financing & title. Cross-county moves with contingencies are challenging--he made mine smooth & easy. So happy in my new AZ home.
