I was a first time flipper and this company helped me out so much to purchase my beautiful home. I was recommended to them by a friend. Before I found them I was having such a difficult time with a different company that gave me the run around. These guys told me straight out what I needed to do before with my hard money lender before I bought my first wholesale property. 5 stars!

These guys are awesome! The way of showing homes is no pressure, and answers all questions. In the 2021 market I was able to buy a home in 1 months’ time, which from what I hear is pretty hard to do. My input on the whole process was taken by this company and they listened to every bit of it. Thank you again to the whole team, everyone from the assistants to the owner were great help & always available.

I was warned about home buyer companies who pay cash for houses. I was told that they make low-ball offers and often do not actually close. So I did a lot of research before choosing to do business with this company. I’m glad I did because they made me a very fair offer and did everything they said they would including closing 2 days earlier then the date on the contract. Thanks
