I’ve rented my condo out myself for the last 10 years but so glad I switched to AZ Prime Property Management. I am really impressed. They communicate well and the people they send out if you need work done are really good and surprisingly priced far better than I could ever hire. They are an incredible resource and I would never try to manage my condo myself any longer. It’s hard to find find a company that is this good but they really are as good as their reviews say they are.

I applied for a home with this property management company on April 29th, I was told that I would receive info on the status in 3-5 business days it is now may 11th and I still have not received an answer and the same house is still on the market and has been on the market for almost two months now. This is a house that me and my partner are well capable of affording bringing in an average of $13,000 dollars a month. I've emailed them multiple times and I've been told that I would be reached out to by their property manager but haven't. So I don't believe they are looking to actually rent the home and more so just collect your application fees.

I’ve have rented apartments with various management for over 17 years. I’ve had a lot of interactions and I have to admit, Az Prime staff has been some of the most professional, patient, kind & compassionate management team I have ever met. They deserve way more than 5 stars. They are truly amazing and I wish I would have known how awesome they are I would rent with them sooner. I pray God bless them all abundantly and beyond for their superb service and precious hearts. Amazing truly wonderful. Thank you. -KR

I had a really great experience with AZ Prime Property Management. I worked with Karisma and she was super helpful, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. Definitely will recommend family and friends this company.
