I whole heartedly recommend Tiffanie Purvis and her team at Texas Real Estate & Co. I was personally negotiating the purchase of a commercial property next door to my business. Things were breaking down between the seller and myself to the point that the purchase was not going to happen. I contact Tiffanie Purvis and she put the deal back together and made the transaction successful for both the seller and myself. Her communication skills are top notch and was understanding of the needs for both parties in the transaction. Had I started the process with Tiffanie it definitely would have been smoother and easier for her. Yet, she still put a broken deal back together. Simply amazing. Thank you so much for all of your help.

We had a great experience working with Tiffanie Purvis on our recent transaction at 113 S Lockwood. Her real estate experience was a key element to us getting our Property closed. She has a background in both residential & commercial which was important in our transaction. If there was a way to give her extra stars we would because she deserves it after having to work on our difficult transaction. Tiffanie's communication skills and follow up are incredibly strong. We highly recommend her to everyone.

Tiffanie and her team are professional and very patient! We were working with a tight time constraint, houses were low inventory/high prices everywhere. High anxiety for me. She was able to give me full attention! Stayed in constant contact, got us in to see houses immediately and had an offer submitted within hours of our first day looking. She worked magic to get all the inspection, appraisal, fixes etc done quickly due to her wonderful, competent contacts. She even referred us to our lender who communicated directly with her and sellers to get a quick close. Tiffanie made it look so easy. It was an amazing experience and I will be forever grateful to her and the team of experts she knows. Thank you!

Five stars are not enough! Tiffanie has been amazing these past couple of months. She is very responsive and helped me, a first time home buyer with tons of questions, through the process all while a worldwide pandemic was underway. Her negotiating skills are on point, and she generated fair, reasonable, and agreeable terms with the seller including carrying costs as Covid-19 delayed closing. Even after closing, Tiffanie has continued to support me these past couple of days following up on home warranty, securing spare tile from the seller for a remodel project, and getting me in touch with experts regarding a knocking sound from the HVAC system. To this point, you don't just get Tiffanie, but you get her extensive network of repairmen and lenders, which were crucial in closing this deal. In summary, Tiffanie is a go-getter and someone that you want in your corner!

Tiffanie is a fantastic negotiator and helped us get a great deal on our house. She expertly navigated us through the option period including inspection report items and helped us customize the contract to our specific needs. Tiffanie also has a good network of contacts from lender to repairmen. Day or late night, she was ready to help us keep the deal moving forward. Hands down a smooth process!
